I take my inspiration from my mothers table, endeavour to celebrate her tradition whilst embracing change.

There is something honest and primeaval about cooking with fire and smoke. The OFYR grill is therefore our choice of BBQ.
It offers us control with different temperature zones and surfaces, for both direct and indirect cooking.
